Strangers

This was one of our first assignments for the second year. I hated it straight away because I don't like photographing people AND I really felt nervous about doing it. I didn't want to fail the module so I just went out to Cardiff and did it within 2 days. Here are my results:

Before I post any of my own work, I thought it would be good to show what cameras and lenses I use :-)

Cameras

Nikon D40

I've had this camera since I was 16 as a present for  finishing my GCSEs exams. Before receiving the Nikon, I had a point and shoot Fujifilm S5600 camera for about 2-3 years so I figured I needed an upgrade! The difference in the quality of the  images was huge compared to my old Fuji camera so it was definitely worth it! I'm so used to using Nikon cameras that whenever I use a Canon DSLR I feel lost!

About Me

Okay so after abandoning the blog for a while to finish my assignments for University (that combined with me being too lazy) I've decided to re-start it! I'm going to upload my own work ranging from University assignments and briefs to my own personal work. I will also make posts about photographers and exhibitions that I find interesting. I much prefer being behind the camera rather than being in front of it because I'm too critical. 

Anyway this is me - a picture taken from my old Myspace page I never know quite what to say in "about me" sections so I am Jenni, I like cheesy music, junk food, being in libraries and the smell of nail varnish :-)
